This detail discription is why we do what we do:

Kiss electric bills goodbye, as there is an efficient Solar PV electric power system put up on an arbor located off the home's rear roofs. Energy independence is achievable making electric rates rising every year becomes a "non-issue" for this home.

A Green exterior look is delightful and low maintenance. The home's walls are strong structural insulated concrete with hand trowel Mediterranean color highlight finishes. This is the strongest and fastest method of building a home today. It also insures even comfortable temperatures in the home.

Spectacular entry doors are etched decorative dual pane low-e glass, the windows are dual pane designer glass, and all are low-e rated.

There are ceiling fans in all main rooms.

Our finish flooring is decorative old brick, stunning Spanish tile, and beautiful replenishable 3/4 inch hardwood. This assures an 'ole' world Spanish decor.

Water use and cost are to be 43% less with maximum efficiency clothes washer, dishwasher, showers, faucets and toilets. A Solar hot water heater is included. All sinks, showers, and washers drain to a home Сgray wateringТ and Сroof rain collectionТ cistern to water outside plants and the minimized lawns.

Interior walls are framed with fire resistant steel studs and mold mildew resistant lower wall board. Floor Joists are fire resistant steel frame with concrete composite sub-flooring. Basically, home fire safety and health is maximized.

The roofs are Steel frame with 8 inch thick sealed-in polystyrene insulation structural Panels. Add attractive coated steel barrel tile design roofing and a heat and leak resistant soft radiant under- layment.

Our kitchen is carefully designed with attractive composite recycled glass counter tops. The cabinets are tasteful complements full of slide out shelving for easy reach and storage. A four seat circular kitchen table is included, as is an eight foot wide counter open to the center of this home's family area. Finally, add a center kitchen island with functional cabinets below, and hardwood flooring, this completes the efficient comfortable design.

Lighting is CPL and LED for long lasting life and is inserted in ceiling trays, in wall fixtures, and under the top kitchen cabinets to light the countertops. Special skylights with air vents are located on the vaulted kitchen ceiling and on the second floor ceiling.

The master bedroom is spacious with a large walk-in closet, touting a closet organizer design. A private study is attached and the master bath has a woman's luxury comforts.

The driveway is decorative cobblestone recycled pavers and lawns occupy less than 20% of the lot. Two colorful paver patios add outdoor living benefits. This truly Green home has a zero pollution footprint and is the lowest area impact building design to be built in one-half a conventional home's building time.

With Green methods, trash is minimal and will be recycled. It will certainly not be the average 8,000 pounds carted to the dump that a standard conventional built home generates and uninformed people pay for. Our carbon footprint is zero. This is high proformance delivered.
